EcoCommerce money is decentralized as a quasi nonfiat currency tethered to NCUs - natural capital. Its value is associated with the productivity function of natural capital. Just like the US dollar was associated with the gold standard. The different is that gold made a "great" industrial foundation and natural capital makes a great EcoCommerce foundation. The collective purchasing value of the EcoCoin is associated with the collective productivity value of the NCUs.

The EcoCoin would begin as a stable coin tethered to US fiat, but as NCUs and their values reach a critical mass - let's say a decade or so - the EcoCoin will be unhitched from the US fiat and float on its own while tethered to the physicality of the NCUs. Self-organizing.
